Problem: Alfa Romeo, the Italian automaker, was returning to the North America after a notable absence. It isn’t every day you get to reintroduce a beloved luxury brand to the United States. Fiat Chrysler, and Huge by proxy, needed to get it right.
Solution: Naturally, car owners everywhere would be wanting to make room for the arrival. Huge partnered with GSD&M to create a series of interactive pre-roll, social and, yes, classified ads to help these three fine fellas move their metal before they could acquire an Alfa. We continued our efforts with a launch campaign: The Drive You’ve Never Had. We used POV video to place the viewer in the driver’s seat, so they could feel the visceral thrills of driving a Giulia for themselves. We relied on a combination of :30 video, :15 and :6 cut-downs, and high impact media on a variety of partner sites.
